Grand Prize Winner Will Win an All-Expenses Paid Trip for Two to Miami and the Chance to Win $1 Million

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn., Jun 01, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dollar General (NYSE:DG) is offering race fans and shoppers alike the opportunity to take a ride on easy street with Win a Fast Million - the sweepstakes that offers one lucky winner the chance to win $1 million. The grand prize winner will receive an all-expenses paid trip for two to attend the NASCAR Busch Series and NASCAR Nextel Cup Series races at Homestead-Miami, Fla. on November 16, 2007 and $10,000 cash. In addition, if the #77 Dollar General car is declared the official winner of the NASCAR Busch Series Ford 300, the winner receives $1 million, which will be awarded in the form of an annuity of $50,000 payable over 20 years.

The Win a Fast Million sweepstakes kicks off June 1, 2007 and ends October 13, 2007. Entries will be accepted online at www.dollargeneral.com; through the mail by completing an official sweepstakes entry form available at all Dollar General stores beginning June 12, 2007; or by entering at an official kiosk, located at the Dollar General race truck, which will be visiting select NASCAR Series Race Events.
